We’re always restocking our products and updating our website—so check back at a later time! You can also provide your email address on the product page of the item you want to purchase and we’ll notify you once it’s back in stock. All you need to do is check your inbox.

Once your order has been shipped we are unable to make changes to your order. Without adding processing time.

Please store the golf bag either laying tlat on the ground or standing straight up without deploying the legs. Do not use stand mechanisim on hardwood floors or concrete.

Shipping

Shipping generally takes 1-2 business days from the order date and orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

Once your order has been placed you will receivean email with a order details. Where you will be able to follow each step of your order.

We ship to all Europeancountries on the delivery dropdown upon checkout, if your Country does not appear on our dropdown please contact our Customer Services team for further information on how to ship your order. For Asia and America orders please order from jonessportsco.com

Duties for customers residing outside of the United Kingdom will not be calculated until the parcel enters your Country. You will be invoiced by our shipping partner 'DPD' and will be liable for any duty charges applied to your order. In addition, should you need to make an exchange you would also be charged duty on any replacement items.

Returns

All items must be returned unworn/unused and in the same condition they were received in as per our terms and conditions of sale. If an item is returned in a state that cannot be resold, then the product may be refused and will be returned to the customer accordingly.

Provided items are returned in the manner specified in our terms and conditions of sale, i.e. unused/undamaged, then a full refund will be credited to the account used for purchase.

Email info@jonessportsco.eu and we will send you a returns label. Just seal your order back up, along with a note of your order number, and send back to us. We’ll do the rest.

All items that have been embroidered or personalised are not eligible for refunds. 

If you are outside of the UK please send your order back with your preferred courier, you will need to pay for the return of any items back to us and it would be advisable for you to send this back via a tracked delivery option incase we encounter any problems receiving your returning parcel.
