We now offer the option for international customers to pre-pay duties and taxes at checkout—so there are no surprise fees upon delivery.
Shipping generally takes 1–2 business days from the order date, and orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
If duties and taxes are not pre-paid at checkout, they may still be charged upon your order’s arrival in your country. In such cases, our shipping partner (e.g., DPD) will invoice you directly, and you will be liable for any applicable charges. Please also note that if you need to exchange an item, duties may apply again on replacement items.
Returns All items must be returned unworn/unused and in the same condition they were received, as outlined in our terms and conditions of sale. Items returned in an unsellable condition may be refused and returned to the sender.
Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
